Licensing & Cost Structure
BPFA is built on a simple, value-based pricing model that grows with your operations — not your headcount. You’re only charged for users who actively drive business processes within the system.
- Flat Rate: $20 per billed user / per month
- No Per-Module Fees: Every subscription includes full access to the system configuration you implement — all activated modules, features, and reporting tools are covered under one rate.
- Flexible Billing: Licenses are billed monthly, with no long-term lock-in. You can increase or reduce user counts as your operational needs change — paying only for what you actively use.
- Who Is Billed: Team members whose roles involve managing transactions, capturing data, reviewing reports, or administering workflows — including finance, operations, IT, and HR users.
- Who Is Not: Staff who interact with the system through routine or supportive tasks — such as logging requests, fulfilling orders, or accessing internal documents — are not counted toward billing.
- Minimum Subscription: 5 billed users
- Every Plan Includes: All activated modules, secure audit trails, version control, standard support, and granular role-based access.
